A sixty (60) day notice is required for cancellation. Cancellations that are made more than sixty (60) days prior to scheduled arrival date will be issued a refund, less a 5% cancellation fee. Cancellations made within sixty (60) days of scheduled arrival date will be entitled to a refund for all days reserved (less a 5% cancellation fee) only if we can re-book the property for the same dates at the same rates. If we are unable to re-book the property for the same dates at the same rates, no refund will be issued. Early departures do not warrant any refunds.
The Hungate respects your privacy. We will only collect, store and use your personal information for defined purposes. We use your information to support and enhance our relationship with you, for example, to process your purchase, provide service and support, and share product, service and company news and offerings with you. We do not sell your personal information. We will not share your personal data outside Hungate Hotel without your consent, except as required by law or to protect Hungate Hotel its customers, or the public, and then only with partners who share Hungate Hotel commitment to protecting your privacy and data. At any time you may contact Hungate Hotel with any privacy questions or concerns you may have. You also may ask at any time to see the personal data you have given us and request correction or deletion. We strive to protect the security of your personal data by use of appropriate measures and processes.
- Two-Night Minimum: We require a two-night minimum stay. Three nights on Event Weekends.
- Housekeeping: Your apartment is cleaned before you come and after you leave. There is NO DAILY HOUSEKEEPING SERVICE. A non-refundable one-time cleaning fee of $75 is charged when you reserve.
- Pets: We love pets! Regrettably they are not allowed in the apartments. If you are traveling with your pet we recommend Haute Dog Pet Resort for boarding. Their phone number is 509-525-1312.
- Smoking: The Hungate is a NON-SMOKING PROPERTY. Any evidence of smoking will incur a $250 fee.
- Security Deposit: Your credit card is held on file until a walk-through has been completed after check-out. If any damage has occurred that the standard cleaning fee cannot cover, or items are missing, we will notify you in advance and your card will be charged.
- Guest Capacity: The maximum guest capacity in all of the apartments is 2 guests, with the exception of Suite #6 that has a maximum guest capacity of 4 guests (2 Queen Bedrooms)
- Parking: One marked and dedicated parking spot per apartment in the back of the building.
